I have been involved in the field of mind/body healing for over 20 years. I offer mindfulness and compassion-based individual, couple and family therapy in a peaceful private practice setting. I specialize in working with ways to alleviate anxiety, depression, the struggles felt in difficult relationships, chronic and serious illness, loss and grief. Other areas of specialty are family stress, navigating pregnancy and postpartum stress and parenting issues. 

I also teach 8-week programs Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn) and Mindful-Self Compassion (developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer).
